Alachua Towne Centre is located in Alachua, Florida. The site is approximately 37 acres in size. The property's name comes from the fact that the property's eastern boundary is only one block off historic Main Street. The property has been developed to promote the project's theme and character, which will enhance and expand the historic, quaint downtown area of the City of Alachua.

The Vision Statement for Alachua Towne Centre is to expand the existing downtown area of Alachua with a new pedestrian-friendly mixed use activity center. The activity center will reflect a distinctive architectural character that is harmonious with the existing downtown.

Alachua Towne Centre is home to restaurants, professional offices, retail and service providers, medical offices as well as the Post Office, City Hall and the Alachua Police Department. This offers convenient, easy access, one-stop shopping to the motoring public and an enjoyable, walkable experience for the neighboring residents.

The Alachua Towne Centre Property Owner's Association is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common master drainage system, common/shared parking lots and common signage.
